Our Membership

ICADV’s membership includes full service domestic violence agencies (Program Council), other organizations supporting the work of ICADV (Community Partners), and individuals (Friends).  Our members are serving communities throughout the state and those members are ICADV. They are the collective voice – the Coalition.

Our membership are serving communities throughout the state of Illinois, providing lifesaving services such as emergency shelter, counseling, legal advocacy and more to families experiencing domestic violence. They are educating communities about the issue of domestic violence and how to prevent it. They are working with professionals in many systems to improve responses to survivor and their children.  Our work supports them in these endeavors throughout Illinois.

Program Council

The ICADV’s Program Council is comprised of over 50 domestic violence programs throughout Illinois. These full service, domestic violence and/or partner abuse intervention programs pay annual dues; ascribe to the vision, mission, and assurances of the ICADV; and are the group driving the mission centered work of the organization, such as policy development and service standards.

Community Partners

A Community Partner shall be an agency, or organization, that works with victims or perpetrators of domestic violence in some capacity, and believes in the vision, mission, and assurances of ICADV. ICADV’s current Community Partners include:
