Current Funding Opportunities

The Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence seeks to award FY17 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) funding for direct services to victims of domestic violence and their vulnerable family members in Illinois. The Request for Proposal (RFP), RFP Instructions, Form, Attachments, Budget, and Score Sheet can be accessed by downloading this .zip file.   Please review all materials carefully. 

The RFP Instructions provide information on registering for the Bidder’s Conference scheduled for March 16, 2016.  Registration is required through the submission of a Letter of Intent which is due March 11, 2016. Specific details about location of the Bidder's Conference may be found below. PREREGISTRATION IN THE LETTER OF INTENET IS REQUIRED.

Applications are due April 18, 2016.

Parking:  It is recommended that you park in C-North lot and enter through the “teardrop” parking area.  You may, however, use any of the following lots:  A, B, C-North, D, or I. 

Food/Beverages:  No refreshments will be offered.  If you choose to stay for the indirect costs session, we will take a short break for lunch.  There is a cafeteria on site, but lunch will be on your own.
